GRAPE INK  

Damigana is an ongoing exploration into the possibilities that exist through new techniques and grape varieties planted into the least explored soil types in Willamette Valley Oregon.  These wines observe patience aging in glass vessels and demonstrating clarity of each phase and transition of a wines life:  Varying Degrees of Maceration, Biological Flor, Oxidation, Reduction, Passerillage, Oiullage, and Mutage.
